Background: In a pitch presentation, we were tasked with showing how Volkswagen’s More for the Smart Few platform could extend into aftersales, delighting consumers even beyond the initial purchase.
The Business Challenge: Volkswagen faces a challenge when it comes to aftersales—especially post-warranty—where it cannot compete purely on price for maintenance services.
The Opportunity: However, Volkswagen has something unique to offer: German quality. While the car itself comes from Germany just once, the quality it represents is something that can be preserved over time, especially through premium aftersales care.
Our idea was simple: to remind customers that the quality they invested in when they bought their car continues to be maintained long after the purchase. Volkswagen’s aftersales service isn’t just about fixing cars—it’s about preserving the exceptional engineering and craftsmanship that made their initial choice smart.
